Compensation:

$271,000/year to $347,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the team's goals and technical direction to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Effectively communicate complex features and systems.
  • Understand industry trends to assess and develop new technologies.
  • Collaborate with leaders to improve team performance.
  • Identify new opportunities and influence staffing priorities.
  • Create consumer products and features on a large scale.
  • Lead long-term technical vision for cross-company efforts.
  • Partner with infrastructure and operations teams to build and scale back-end services.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12+ years of experience building large-scale applications.
  • 8+ years of experience with web or mobile technologies.
  • Experience in mentoring and influencing engineers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows.
  • Experience with responsible AI practices.
