Software Engineer

This role is based in New York, NY.

Compensation:

$226,929/year to $240,240/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Full stack web/mobile application development with various coding languages.
• Create consumer products and features using internal programming language Hack.
• Implement web or mobile interfaces using XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with PM and design teams to define feature specifications.
• Build and scale back-end services.
• Complete medium to large features independently.
• Proactively identify and drive changes as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 1 year of experience.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with software development tools like GIT.
• Proficiency in core web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience in building scalable solutions.
• Understanding of designing scalable distributed systems.
