Software Engineer - iOS (Technical Leadership)

This role is based in Menlo Park, CA with additional locations available.

Compensation:

$219,000/year to $301,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Drive the team's goals and technical direction to improve organizational efficiency.
• Effectively communicate complex features and systems.
• Understand industry trends to develop new technologies.
• Collaborate with leaders to enhance team performance.
• Identify new opportunities and influence staffing priorities.
• Lead long-term technical vision and roadmap for large efforts.
• Resolve performance and scalability issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of programming experience or 8+ years with a PhD.
• Proven track record of planning multi-year roadmaps.
• Experience driving cross-functional engineering efforts.
• Ability to utilize data for technical problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing iOS media infrastructure and platforms.
