Compensation:

$219,000/year to $301,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the team's goals and technical direction to pursue opportunities that enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Effectively communicate complex features and systems in detail.
  • Understand industry and company-wide trends to assess and develop new technologies.
  • Collaborate with organization leaders to improve team performance.
  • Identify new opportunities for the organization and influence staffing and prioritization.
  • Lead long-term technical vision and roadmap for cross-company efforts.
  • Collect and synthesize requirements to create an effective feature roadmap.
  • Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience driving large cross-functional engineering efforts.
  • Experience mentoring and influencing executive stakeholders across organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of programming experience in a relevant language or 8+ years with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with multithreading programming and mobile memory management.
  • 4+ years of experience building Android applications in Java using Android SDK.
  • Experience building maintainable and testable code bases.
