Software Engineer, (Android)

This role is based in Menlo Park, CA, with telecommuting options available.

Compensation:

$181,274/year to $209,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Research, design, develop, build and test operating systems-level software.
• Build new features and improve existing products.
• Work on problems of moderate scope and drive the development of systems behind Facebook's products.
• Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, programming, and software engineering.
• Produce high-quality code with good test coverage.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in object-oriented software development and building Android applications using Java.
• Familiarity with Android internals or frameworks services.
