Compensation:
$114,000/year to $167,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Extend internal platforms and systems by building workflows and high-quality tools.
- Code primarily using PHP/Hack and JavaScript/React.
- Guide design and code reviews.
- Support vibecoding across Operations.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, product management, and marketing.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field.
- 3+ years of programming experience.
- Experience working in a global multicultural team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with customer support/operations software projects.
- Knowledge of AI technologies.
