Site Development Program Manager

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the entitlements process to ensure accurate and timely submission of necessary site entitlements and permits.
• Lead the diligence and development process to vet prospective sites and assess site risks.
• Organize communications and track progress towards on-time delivery of projects.
• Work with the Site Selection Manager and project team members to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of project recommendations for management approval.
• Support the development of Meta's data center location strategy.
• Track and monitor ongoing site development.
• Develop scalable tools and processes for site development.
• This role requires 25-50% travel.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of project management or site development experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced technical degree, law degree, or MBA.
• Experience managing large infrastructure projects and collaborating with government authorities.
