This role is based in Dublin, Ireland, with responsibilities including:

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the entitlements process (e.g., zoning, land use permitting) to ensure accurate and timely submission and execution of necessary site entitlements and permits.
  • Lead the diligence and development process to vet prospective sites and assess site risks and opportunities.
  • Organize communications and track progress towards on-time delivery of projects.
  • Work with the Site Selection Manager and project team members to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of project recommendations for management approval.
  • Track and monitor ongoing site development including agreement management.
  • Develop scalable tools and processes to improve delivery and communication.
  • This role requires 25-50% travel.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of project management and/or site development experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced technical degree, law degree, or MBA.
  • Experience managing large infrastructure projects and collaborating with government authorities.
