Senior Technical Recruiter

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple complex searches, designing innovative sourcing strategies.
• Partner with recruiting team members for talent pooling and market intelligence.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfill their hiring needs.
• Monitor pipeline activity and ensure data integrity.
• Facilitate meetings and projects to improve recruiting operations.
• Build relationships with management and cross-functional partners.
• Oversee the offer process, including negotiations and closing candidates.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruiting productivity.
• Collaborate with HR and other teams to ensure compliant hiring processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles in fast-paced environments.
• Proven success in managing complex searches and meeting aggressive hiring targets.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience with advanced search techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and use data for decision-making.
• Experience with recruiting tools and understanding of the technical talent market.
• Self-starter capable of navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
