  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and use data for decision-making.
  • Experience with recruiting tools and understanding of the technical talent market.
  • Self-starter capable of navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
