Security Engineering Manager - Surface Coverage, Detection Engineering

This role is based in Bellevue, WA with additional locations available.

Compensation:

$184,000/year to $257,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Influence and align the organization’s vision and strategy, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Measure team impact and set clear expectations.
• Partner with leadership to drive organizational design and prioritization.
• Lead engineering practices to sustain a high-performance team.
• Build relationships with cross-functional partners to execute project work effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience in Security.
• 8+ years of experience in Security or Software Engineering, including 3+ years in technical management.
• Proven track record in supporting security research and engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise in Security domains and experience with Public Cloud environments.
• Background in security-focused software engineering and large-scale systems.
