Security Engineering Manager, Identity and Access Management

This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

• Support a team of security engineers that build and improve access control systems at Meta.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the engineers on the team.
• Support a team of engineers to build automated risk reduction and compliance solutions focused on Access Management.
• Work closely with engineering leaders to prioritize security issues in their products.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics around access controls.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
• Experience building, leading, and managing software or security engineering teams.
• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing full stack products.
• Experience in the IAM domain in a cloud-based infrastructure environment.
