Security Engineering Manager, Identity and Access Management

This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

• Support a team of security engineers to build and improve access control systems at Meta.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the engineers on the team.
• Manage performance of the team and recognize high performers.
• Work closely with engineering leaders to prioritize security issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 5 years of experience in a computer-related occupation.
• 5+ years of experience in managing software or security engineering teams in Identity & Access Management.
• Experience providing technical leadership and guidance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working across software and security engineering.
• Experience in the IAM domain in a cloud-based infrastructure environment.
• Practical experience with security regulations like SOX, SOC2, NIST.
