Security Engineering Manager

This role is based in Bellevue, WA with additional locations including Menlo Park, CA; Washington, DC; New York, NY; and remote options.

Compensation:

$177,000/year to $251,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a team of security engineers.
• Design and lead technical assessments on Meta products.
• Align remediation efforts with vulnerability management and offensive security teams.
• Research new security strategies to protect products from attackers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of work experience, including 3+ years in leading technical teams.
• Experience in security assurance activities and managing assurance teams.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as PHP, Python, C, C++, or Java.
