Security Engineering Manager

This role is based in Bellevue, WA.

Compensation:

$184,000/year to $257,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a team of security engineers.
• Set strategy and lead execution to harden products against attacks.
• Conduct research to identify new security measures.
• Collaborate with vulnerability management and other security programs.
• Design and lead technical assessments on Meta products.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of work experience, including 3+ years in leading technical teams.
• Experience in security assurance activities.
• Knowledge of attack surfaces for products.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as PHP, Python, C, C++, or Java.
