Compensation:
$36.06/hour to $114,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Drive go-to-market by planning, executing, and scaling marketing campaigns to connect Meta’s SMBs with advertising solutions.
- Develop region-specific strategies to address the unique challenges of SMBs in APAC.
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution across operations, creative, and analytics teams.
- Leverage insights from marketing initiatives to inform campaign strategy and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope, deliverables, and goals.
- Own quarterly goals across relevant KPIs and drive expected QoQ growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or related field.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in areas such as email, user acquisition, Facebook Ads, paid search, display, or content marketing.
- Experience with A/B testing and lift measurement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of the digital advertising landscape and Meta’s advertising suite.
- Experience engaging with executives to present findings and strategies.
- Experience in SQL and working on marketing initiatives targeting APAC markets.
