This role is based in Menlo Park, CA.
Compensation:
$187,000/year to $255,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate initiatives and manage the research team.
- Drive operational rhythm for the lab, including planning cycles and resource allocation.
- Develop and execute talent strategies for the research lab.
- Build relationships with universities and the AI research community.
- Conduct talent diagnostics to understand researchers' motivations and aspirations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years in talent management or HR business partnership.
- Experience working directly with researchers or scientists.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting AI/ML research labs.
- Familiarity with the AI research ecosystem.
