Research Talent Partner — MRS Research Lab

This role is based in Menlo Park, CA.

Compensation:

$187,000/year to $255,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate initiatives and manage the research team.
• Drive operational rhythm for the lab, including planning cycles and resource allocation.
• Develop and execute talent strategies for the research lab.
• Build relationships with universities and the AI research community.
• Conduct talent diagnostics to understand researchers' motivations and aspirations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years in talent management or HR business partnership.
• Experience working directly with researchers or scientists.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting AI/ML research labs.
• Familiarity with the AI research ecosystem.
