Research Scientist Intern, Video Recommendations (PhD)

This internship is based in Bellevue, WA and Menlo Park, CA.

Compensation:

$7,650/month to $12,134/month + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Perform research to advance intelligent machine technologies.
• Develop NLP algorithms leveraging Deep Learning and Machine Learning.
• Analyze and improve the efficiency of deployed systems.
• Collaborate with researchers and communicate research progress.
• Publish research results applicable to Meta product development.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or obtaining a Ph.D. in relevant fields.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like Pytorch or Tensorflow.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Intent to return to degree program post-internship.
• Proven research achievements in AI conferences.
• Experience in reinforcement learning and recommendation systems.
