This internship is based in Menlo Park, CA and lasts between 12 to 24 weeks.

Compensation:

$7,650 to $12,134 per month + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Apply AI and machine learning techniques to improve machine learning frameworks.
  • Collaborate with PyTorch users to enable new use cases.
  • Develop advanced algorithms for large scale distributed training.
  • Optimize distributed training and inference use-cases using graph-based and compiler-based technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science or related STEM field.
  • Experience in machine learning/deep learning domains.
  • Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with training models at scale using PyTorch/TensorFlow/JAX.
  • Knowledge of distributed GPU clusters.
  • Intent to return to degree program after internship.
  • Proven track record of significant results in research.
