This internship is based in Seattle, WA and focuses on developing realistic digital characters with lifelike movement using generative models.

Compensation:

$7,650/month to $12,134/month + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, adapt, and evaluate current state-of-the-art models
  • Research and develop new models and prototypes
  • Share findings with other researchers across disciplines
  • Present the outcomes of research findings as papers in top tier conferences

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a PhD degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 2+ years of research experience in Computer Animation, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch
  • Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience applying deep networks to video or motion analysis or synthesis
  • Passion for complex temporal phenomena such as human and animal motion
  • Proven track record of achieving results as demonstrated in accepted papers at top conferences
