Research Scientist Intern, AI Core Machine Learning (PhD)

This internship is based in Tel Aviv, Israel and lasts between 12 to 24 weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop novel state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and corresponding systems using deep learning techniques.
• Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of deployed algorithms.
• Conduct research to advance the science and technology of Machine Learning and AI.
• Devise better data-driven models for information retrieval and media understanding.
• Collaborate with researchers and communicate research plans and results.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a PhD in relevant fields such as Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
• Experience with programming languages like Python, C++, or Java.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as Pytorch or Tensorflow.
• Research experience with algorithms for sequential decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Intent to return to degree program post-internship.
• Proven track record of significant results in research.
• Experience in ML/AI research related to information retrieval and generative approaches.
