Research Scientist Intern, 3D Perception, Understanding and Generative AI (PhD)

This internship is based in London, UK and spans twelve to twenty-four weeks.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute research in machine perception and 3D scene reconstruction.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop experiments and prototypes for AR/VR and AI systems.
  • Design and run practical experiments related to machine reasoning.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a PhD in computer vision, computer graphics, or machine learning.
  • Experience with 3D geometry and computer vision algorithms.
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch.
  • Experience in a Unix environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Track record of research publications in relevant fields.
  • Strong programming skills and software engineering experience.
  • Intent to return to a degree program after the internship.
