What you'll do:

  • Manage program operations and governance for the EMEA PhD program.
  • Oversee student onboarding, mentor matching, and ongoing support.
  • Negotiate university agreements and maintain relationships with academic partners.
  • Ensure operational excellence and governance rigor.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of program/project management experience in academic or university partnership programs.
  • Experience in negotiating and managing institutional agreements.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing PhD or academic fellowship programs.
  • Track record of representing organizations at academic events.
  • Familiarity with academic research culture and PhD supervision dynamics.
