Compensation:
$160,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Program manage and execute end-to-end annotation lifecycle
- Partner with researcher and product teams to define data needs and quality metrics
- Collaborate with partner teams on vendor selection
- Implement and monitor data quality
- Build processes and make recommendations on tooling
- Analyze data and share insights
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of program management or relevant experience in data operations
- Experience working with technical stakeholders
- Effective communication skills
- Experience managing external partners/vendors
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with data types and workflows in ML
- Experience with annotation tooling and workflow systems
- Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis
