Compensation:

$160,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute end-to-end annotation lifecycle.
  • Partner with researcher and product teams to define data needs, create detailed instructions, and define quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with partner teams on vendor selection and data quality monitoring.
  • Build processes and structured programs, making recommendations on tooling.
  • Build dashboards, analyze data, and share insights.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of program management or relevant experience in data operations, ML/data labeling, or research operations.
  • Experience working with technical stakeholders and translating needs into execution-ready requirements.
  • Experience managing external partners/vendors.
  • Effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with data types and workflows such as SFT, Reinforcement Learning, Evals, Multimodal, Coding, Reasoning, and Safety.
  • Experience with annotation tooling and workflow systems.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis.
