Reality Labs (RL) Logistics Operations Program Manager

Compensation:

$115,000/year to $163,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Own prototype fulfillment operational programs end-to-end to enable RL product development timelines.
  • Be the primary liaison between internal teams and third-party logistics service providers.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Engineering, Prototype Programs, Security, and Shipping Vendors to align requirements and deliver on-time shipments.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time, improve on-time delivery, and increase efficiency.
  • Manage shipment exceptions and high-severity escalations; coordinate rapid resolution with internal teams and external logistics providers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment operations, or operations program management.
  • Experience working in consumer electronics, AR/VR, or hardware NPI environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional operational programs with measurable outcomes.
