QA Engineering Lead

This role is based in Menlo Park, CA with remote work options permitted.

Compensation:

$181,986/year to $215,160/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Develop test strategies for business-critical projects.
• Oversee a team of testers for black box testing.
• Partner with engineering teams to leverage automation.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve quality.
• Define and implement QA processes.
• Establish quality metrics to measure effectiveness.
• Assess non-functional product quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience.
• Experience with test planning, execution, and performance testing.
• Experience in test automation for mobile and web applications.
• Proficiency in Python, PHP, Java, C/C++, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of industry-standard test automation tools.
• Understanding of data and metrics in quality assurance.
