QA Engineering Lead

This role is based in Menlo Park, CA with remote work options available.

Compensation:

$181,986/year to $215,160/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Develop test strategies for business-critical projects.
• Oversee a team of in-house and offshore testers.
• Partner with engineering teams to leverage automation.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve quality.
• Define and implement QA processes.
• Establish quality metrics for test effectiveness.
• Assess non-functional product quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant field and two years of experience.
• Experience in planning, designing, and executing tests.
• Experience with quality test automation for mobile and web applications.
• Proficiency in Python, PHP, Java, C/C++, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of industry-standard test automation tools.
