Compensation:

$138,000/year to $191,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of test strategies for AI models across text, image, and voice.
  • Develop robust evaluation processes for AI models, including prompt engineering and scenario-based testing.
  • Ensure high quality for products and features, balancing speed and user experience.
  • Implement QA processes to scale testing efforts across multiple products.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to leverage automation for reliable product delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and test automation.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience testing AI-powered products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in programming languages such as Python, PHP, or Java.
  • Experience leading black-box and white-box testing strategies.
  • Experience with AI technologies and tools to enhance QA workflows.
