Compensation:

$124,000/year to $178,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advertising strategies across regions and countries.
  • Use data and insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Align key audiences and media into a cohesive public affairs program.
  • Collaborate with public policy, communications, product, and creative teams.
  • Implement data-driven programs with measurable results.
  • Refine objectives and strategies with cross-functional teams.
  • Build relationships across various departments and serve as a point of contact.
  • Project manage campaigns to promote Meta's responsibility story.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of marketing experience.
  • Proven project management skills with time-sensitive projects.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking about complex issues.
  • Ability to work effectively with all management levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in political campaigns or related consultancy.
  • Campaign management experience in global markets.
