This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, develop and execute plans, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Establish effective communication models with stakeholders for cross-functional alignment.
  • Develop documentation and maintain databases of reports.
  • Create presentations and craft external communications to regulators.
  • Translate complex information into clear content.
  • Stay updated on the regulatory landscape impacting Meta.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with occasional business travel (up to 10%).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 8+ years’ experience in digital technology, policy, or regulatory environments.
  • 6+ years of managing large scale programs.
  • Demonstrated communication skills and experience influencing diverse audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading a team and supporting people management.
  • Advanced degree and/or certification.
  • 6+ years of experience in trust & safety, data privacy, or compliance.
  • Experience preparing reports for regulatory authorities.
  • Knowledge of Meta’s products and policies.
