This role is based in New York, NY.

Compensation:

$189,000/year to $258,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage cross-functional safety and preparedness programs.
  • Build working relationships with internal teams to facilitate collaboration.
  • Maintain understanding of safety initiatives and track progress against goals.
  • Draft executive-level documents and safety assessments.
  • Coordinate data collection related to safety areas.
  • Manage access to sensitive data.
  • Support compute planning and analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in program management or safety operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities.
  • Experience working with senior leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient understanding of AI safety considerations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in AI safety or technical risk management.
  • Background in incident response or organizational preparedness planning.
  • Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows.
