Program Manager

This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate business rhythm by partnering with Business Leads, Admins, Internal and External Communications, and Sales Operations.
• Prepare briefings and coordinate research for meetings with partners and key leaders.
• Manage preparation timelines for global travel commitments and coordinate leadership engagement.
• Identify, scope, and deliver critical projects and initiatives.
• Craft internal and external narratives for executive leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing, or analytical field.
• 6+ years of experience, including project management and speechwriting.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Keynote, Word, Google Docs, Excel, and data analysis tools.
