Program Manager, Global Immigration

As part of the People Risk, Privacy & Compliance team, the Immigration Program Manager (UK) will serve as our most senior in-house subject matter expert on UK immigration compliance, with broader responsibility for supporting Rest of World (non-US) immigration workstreams. This is a senior individual contributor role operating with significant autonomy: you will set the direction of the UK immigration program, provide definitive counsel on the most complex and precedent-setting matters, and influence organisational strategy.

Your primary focus is optimising UK immigration processes across insourced and outsourced operations, owning compliance and audit readiness, and staying ahead of regulatory change. You will also act as a senior partner to the wider ROW immigration program, bringing consistency, risk frameworks, and vendor governance to a multi-country footprint.
