Compensation:

$241,925/year to $258,720/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with product management and engineering to define and shape a multi-year investment strategy and roadmap.
  • Envision and execute go-to-market plans for Threads, collaborating across teams to launch and scale products.
  • Surface & synthesize qualitative & quantitative insights that shape marketing and product direction.
  • Understand and evangelize for the needs of creators, identifying gaps and opportunities to better serve the audience.
  • Influence the development of products and features that help creators grow and create content.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in product marketing or a related field.
  • Experience launching and driving adoption for new products and services.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and optimization strategies.
  • Ability to convey ideas to end users and engineering teams.
  • Experience developing marketing strategies using quantitative and qualitative insights.
