Responsibilities:
- Lead the definition and execution of vision insurance strategy for Meta’s wearables.
- Define value propositions for insurance providers to enhance member access to products.
- Manage product status under various formulary scenarios.
- Influence product development through customer feedback analysis.
- Create go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption.
- Manage prescription data and analytics to uncover actionable insights.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on prescription wearer needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of vision insurance.
- Experience with insurance formulary management.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fast-paced environments.
- Interest in Virtual and Mixed Reality.
- MS/MBA degree.
