Compensation:

$194,834/year to $207,020/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and automate forecasts for multiple markets and staff groups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to incorporate product and business initiatives into forecasts.
  • Generate reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for stakeholders.
  • Create business intelligence tools and manage the flow of information to users.
  • Analyze competitive market strategies and maintain business intelligence tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Public Policy, Legal, Communication, or related field.
  • Five years of progressive work experience in workforce planning or management.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining forecasts and providing operational insights.
