Compensation:

$205,000 to $277,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Identify significant near and long-term opportunities in a large product area and drive product strategies.
  • Generate buy-in and drive consensus across organizations.
  • Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects for web-based products.
  • Integrate data and market analysis into product strategies to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Drive product development with teams of engineers and designers.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform product success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in Product Management or Product Design.
  • Experience working collaboratively with engineering and design teams.
  • Experience navigating through the full product life-cycle.
  • Critical thinking and analytical leadership experience.
  • BA or BS in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building 0-1 products or marketplaces.
  • Experience in a consumer-focused technology company.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows.
