Compensation:

$146,000/year to $204,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the vision and execution of the AI vending platform, focusing on strategy, delivery, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Define and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with Meta's retail objectives.
  • Create a prioritization framework for product development.
  • Translate strategic priorities into well-defined requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Establish and monitor key product metrics to guide iterative improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations for go-to-market strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of Meta’s strategic and competitive position.
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leveraging ML/AI in retail products.
  • Experience with full product lifecycle management.
  • Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows.
