Compensation:

$249,000/year to $323,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Drive vision and strategy for transformative opportunities across product areas.
  • Generate buy-in and drive consensus among senior leadership.
  • Evaluate AI solutions and set standards for rigorous analysis.
  • Translate AI capabilities into differentiated product visions.
  • Champion AI-native strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Lead product development with cross-functional teams.
  • Reimagine workflows using AI tools to enhance team capabilities.
  • Foster a culture of rapid experimentation and learning.
  • Plan and manage IT projects for web-based products.
  • Maximize efficiency in a dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Design.
  • Experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research teams.
  • Proficiency using AI-enabled tools to build product artifacts.
  • Experience presenting to senior executive audiences.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a consumer-focused technology company.
  • Experience building AI-native products or marketplaces.
  • Track record of scaling AI best practices across organizations.
