Product Manager, Horizon Mobile Builder Success

This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a product area, defining success metrics and prioritizing product problems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop a product roadmap and drive progress against goals.
• Gather and analyze user research and market analysis to inform product decisions.
• Coordinate across partner functions for product success.
• Communicate product strategy and progress clearly to stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to other PMs and team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 2 years in Product Management.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject preferred but not essential.
• Experience working with cross-functional product teams.
• Proven ability to drive material change in product performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding and enthusiasm for gaming and game design principles.
• Experience shipping game titles from conception to completion.
• Knowledge of modern game engines such as Unreal and Unity.
