Compensation:
$202,000/year to $277,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Champion new ways for advertisers to discover and use Business AI solutions.
- Grow the base of advertisers adopting AI products across Meta’s ecosystem.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to communicate product value.
- Drive product integration for a unified experience.
- Incorporate data and market analysis into product strategies.
- Lead product development with engineering and design teams.
- Define and analyze metrics for product success.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years in B2B product management or related experience.
- Experience working with engineering, design, and GTM teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience launching new products from 0 to 1.
- Customer-centric approach and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using AI in software products.
- Experience with B2B customer-focused development.
