Compensation:

$173,000/year to $241,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Improve adoption and retention of Business AI experiences on Facebook Messenger.
  • Understand Meta’s strategic positioning and deliver products aligned with our mission.
  • Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies.
  • Drive product development with teams of engineers and designers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and define requirements.
  • Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years product management or related industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience using AI to build software products.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage time-critical demands.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with B2B customer-focused development.
  • Experience with Generative AI, NLP, or machine learning.
