Product Manager, Business AI

This role is based in Bellevue, WA, with additional locations available.

Compensation:

$171,000/year to $238,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Improve adoption and retention of Business AI experiences on Facebook Messenger.
• Understand Meta’s strategic positioning and deliver products aligned with our mission.
• Incorporate data, research, and market analysis into product strategies.
• Drive product development with cross-functional teams.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform product success.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of product management experience, especially with AI messaging products.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience using AI to build software products.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with B2B customer-focused development.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, NLP, or machine learning.
