Compensation:

$201,000/year to $278,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Transform broad concepts into valuable products for users.
  • Design end-to-end user flows and experiences.
  • Drive design prioritization and execution.
  • Communicate strategic decisions about product direction.
  • Mentor and provide feedback to the design team.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and align product direction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in product design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in interaction and visual design.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting work to executives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building zero-to-one solutions.
  • Leadership experience in non-product dimensions.
  • Ability to integrate AI tools into design processes.
