This role is based in Menlo Park, CA.
Compensation:
$201,000/year to $278,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Transform broad concepts into valuable products for users.
- Design end-to-end user flows and experiences.
- Drive design prioritization and execution.
- Communicate strategic decisions about product direction.
- Mentor and provide feedback to the design team.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and align product direction.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in product design.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in interaction and visual design.
- Strong communication skills for presenting work to executives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building zero-to-one solutions.
- Leadership experience in non-product dimensions.
- Ability to integrate AI tools into design processes.
