Compensation:

$127,000/year to $182,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Create product systems, behaviors, and design solutions on behalf of the brand.
  • Drive product strategy to find opportunities within products to advance marketing goals.
  • Design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant.
  • Work cross-functionally, balancing stakeholder needs and simplifying complex narratives.
  • Lead the user experience from conception to launch in collaboration with various teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in designing user-focused products.
  • Experience in marketing, branding, and design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-friendly product design and branding work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in product design.
  • Knowledge of Meta’s platforms and products.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance design processes.
