Product Designer, Instagram Private Sharing

This role is based in New York, NY with potential for additional locations.

Compensation:

$201,000/year to $278,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Transform broad concepts into valuable products for users.
• Design end-to-end user flows using appropriate prototyping tools.
• Drive design prioritization and execution to meet timelines.
• Communicate strategic decisions regarding product direction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in interaction and visual design, with a focus on user needs and product functionality.
• Proven ability to represent work to executives and articulate product goals.
