Compensation:

$201,000 to $278,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Transform broad, conceptual ideas into valuable products for over 3 billion users.
  • Design end-to-end user flows and experiences that are impactful at scale.
  • Drive design prioritization and execution to meet accelerated timelines.
  • Communicate strategic decisions regarding Instagram’s product direction.
  • Mentor and provide feedback to enhance team quality and performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in product design at scale.
  • Strong interaction and visual design skills.
  • Experience in strategic product thinking and representing work to executives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI prototyping and coding tools.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce experiences and the creator ecosystem.
