Product Designer, Human Interfaces

This role is based in Seattle, WA, with additional locations available.

Compensation:

$139,000/year to $199,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Work independently on projects within a well-defined domain.
• Design simple and elegant user flows and experiences.
• Create new experiences that evolve visual systems.
• Provide and receive feedback to enhance design quality.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers throughout the product lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in designing complex software products focused on user experience.
• Experience conducting usability testing and gathering stakeholder feedback.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools and creating high-fidelity prototypes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning.
• Familiarity with user research methods and tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
