Product Designer

Location: Bellevue, WA +5 locations

Compensation:

$170,000/year to $236,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver design projects of large and ambiguous scope.
• Transform broad ideas into useful and valuable experiences.
• Design flows and experiences that simplify complex actions into usable interfaces.
• Contribute to strategic decisions regarding the future direction of products.
• Solicit feedback from designers and the broader product team to improve quality.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers throughout the product lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience designing complex software products.
• Experience conducting complex research studies.
• Expertise in advanced prototyping techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience showcasing your end-to-end design process across multiple projects.
• Proven leadership in non-product dimensions that positively impact the work environment.
