Product Designer

This role is based in Bellevue, WA with additional locations available.

Compensation:

$139,000/year to $199,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Transform broad ideas into valuable user experiences.
• Design flows and experiences that simplify complex actions.
• Contribute to strategic decisions for Facebook products.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers.
• Solicit and provide feedback to improve design quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in designing complex software products.
• Experience in usability testing and gathering stakeholder feedback.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools and high-fidelity prototypes.
